Follow me: Twitter: https://twitter.com/SecretInTheOven Facebook: https://goo.gl/W2hk8e Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/secretsintheoven/?hl=en Pinterest: https://uk.pinterest.com/secretsintheove/ Ingredients: • 160ml/ 1/3 Cup Water • 3 tsp Baking Powder • 300g/ 2Cups+ 2tbsp All-Purpose Flour • 3 tbsp Olive Oil • 1tsp Salt • Tomato Sauce • Mozzarella • Ham • Mushrooms • 1 Red Pepper • Olives • Oregano Step 1 In a bowl combine 160ml water with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and half teaspoon of salt. The oil will help the dough come together and it will give an extra flavor as well. Step 2 In a separate bowl, mix 300g flour with 3 teaspoons baking powder. Gradually add the flour in 3 batches: half at the beginning and then add half of the remaining flour. While kneading the dough, you will see if you need to incorporate all the remaining flour. Keep in mind that the dough should have an elastic texture and should be easy to work with. Step 3 Using a floured rolling pin, start forming the pizza base until it reaches around 1 cm thickness. Sprinkle some corn flour on the pizza tray and add the prepared base. Step 4 Spread tomato sauce on the prepared dough sheet and for an extra flavor, sprinkle some oregano. Top with grated mozzarella and add your favorite ingredients. I added some ham, sliced mushrooms, sliced red peppers and last but not least, some olives. Step 5 Bake it at 200°C for 15 to 17 minutes.
